Harlequin dashed through the mist, with a slightly protesting Moon in tow. He pulled up short, and Moon careened into his slightly damp back.

It has to be said that Moon is a lot less enthusiastic than Harlequin about finding himself in Academy. He wrinkles his nose and a frown darkens his features.
The bulk of his ire seems reserved for the floating island in the middle of the patch, at which he now points an accusing finger.
"That vee vee vee bad," he explains. "Against law of nature." |

"There must be some pretty powerful fans or something, I agree. However they do it, it must use a hefty mechanism! The springs alone must weigh a ton!"
Harlequin looked around, looking perplexed. "It isn't how I remembered it. This doesn't look familiar at all. I hadn't realised I'd been away for so long!"
His doubt didn't last too long, and soon his enthusiasm bounced back:
"Shall we go and explore? I wonder how you're meant to get up there?" |

An old woman pushing a shopping trolley, was walking through the fields, swerving around to avoid them she headed off towards the mists.
But in the direction from which she came, two people could be discerned, one with bright blue spikes of hair. Absorbed by their conversation they didn't seem to have noticed Harlequin or his oriental companion.

Harlequin peered round at the fields surrounding the city. He spotted the bright blue hair of the woman a little way away, and gasped.
"Such a colour! She must surely be a woman of import! I wonder if she is in charge of the new exhibit. Shall we go and ask her if we can go up?"
Without waiting for an answer, he trotted over to the other pair.
