From under the platform of Fraction, two small mice climb. Their fur is dirty and sooty, and blends in well with the dark of the tunnels.
The two scurry down a corridor, to a nearby vending machine. They pause in front of it, and appear to be talking to one another, though if they make any sound it's to quiet or high pitched to hear. One mouse climbs on top of the other, and makes a leap that leaves him hanging from the vending machine's slot. The other leaps, climbs the tail of his fellow, and the two end up inside the machine.
Further acrobatics ensue, followed by two thuds. The two mice emerge, struggling, bringing with them a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps. They begin dragging them back to the platform. A guard spots them, and shouts "Oi! Stop!" At this, two more mice rush at the man, from around a corner, and scurry up his trouser legs. There's much dancing and scuffling as he attempts to dislodge the mice, culminating in a high pitched squeal, as the mice evidently do something unsporting.
The first two mice reach the platform, and they and their booty go over the edge and land with a plop. The other two emerge and dart for the platform. The guard is too busy nursing his wounded pride to stop them. The second pair reach safety.
From under the platform comes high pitched giggling, and the rustle of a crisp packet. |
