[Liason enters the patch from the North]

Ambassador Liason arrived at the Map Room in a state of near exhaustion. Arriving finally at the map itself he briefly looked over it, then lay on the floor to rest.

Fortune was with him - the Foundry was not far away.

The towers and buildings of the map room were a welcome sight to Captain DeRainault as she and Habbakuk emerged from the mist, now perhaps a half-an-hour behind the Ambassador. With an excellent recall of the territory, she headed straight for the room of the map, and was surprised to find said personage asleep on the floor next to the map. 'Poor chap.' she mused 'He looks in quite a state. Well, I suppose I'd be distressed as well, were the Justice in danger.'

Quietly, so as not to disturb the resting figure, DeRainault gestured at Habbakkuk to guard the main entrance to the room while she seated herself next to the map, removed the paper and pencil she had borrowed from the Doctor, and copied it out in quickly sketched lines, taking far less care than the Doctor had with its earlier version. 'Seeing as most of these territories appear to be the same, just in a different order,' she mused, 'it will not signify that mine are less detailed, as we will know anything necessary of their contents in any case.' She was quick to note the new location of the HMS Justice, the Imperial Foundry, Jones' and the patch of blue and black that was most certainly pirate infested waters. Considering them, she outlined a new strategy in her head, and looked over at the Ambassador to see if he had awakened yet.

Liason's eyes flicked open suddenly.

He recognised the captain immediately and rolled to his feet.

"Please excuse me, I was resting." Liason gestured to the map, "We have been relatively fortunate in the rearrangements this time. I shall travel with you to the Justice if I may ? And from there to the Foundry. We should be in time..."

"Excellent, sir." DeRainault stood as well, tucking away her latest sketch of the map, and brushing herself off as she did so. "Shall we proceed via your Foundry, thus first to the east, and then north to the ship? Would this be safe? I only suggest this as the distances appear to be equivalent, and you may wish to do some reconnaissance prior to initiating your sortie. But I am quite willing to be guided by your greater familiarity with the area." As she spoke, DeRainault led the way to the door of the room, readying her weapons and gesturing to Habakkuk to follow. "Once we have reached the ship, I shall take volunteers and leave them in your hands. You should feel free to rest or depart as needed. I myself have another mission which requires my attention, to which I must proceed forthwith."

"Very well Captain, East then North."

The time for further discussion would be on Justice. Without further delay, the gorup set out to the East.

[Liason leaves the Map Room and the Patch, moving East to the Imperial Foundry]

Gesturing for the Ambassador to lead the way, Captain DeRainault waited for him to pass. With Habakkuk brining up the rear, they followed Liason to the eastern border of the patch, where they passed through yet another wall of mist.

[Captain DeRainault has left the Map Room patch, and proceeds to the Imperial Foundry patch.]
