Von Damme fought for control as the winds hammered against the side of the balloon. Though the zeppelin was designed for trans-continental travel, and could easily withstand the storm without damage, it was difficult to steer a sure course. Von Damme made do with a cursory survey of the area; sea, small rural islands, and off in the distance a castle. No inhabitants could be seen, barring a few sheep. Having spent mere minutes in the patch, winds blew the zeppelin east, and Von Damme took advantage of them and headed through the mists. [OOC: And on to Wizard's Warren]
