Casa de Hoy
From PatchworkWiki
Olive trees frame the dusty road as it meanders down towards a small stone cottage. The surrounding grasslands have long since been baked gold by the Mediterranian sun.
Onions and cauliflowers grow in proud rows in a small vegetable patch, though the cabbages are starting to wilt in the heat. Behind the cottage is a large pond, strewn with a few water lilies and clearly carefully tended. A number of goldfish drift idly through the clear water. Two large and comfortable armchairs sit nearby, their expensive fabric long since spoiled by sunshine. Odd scraps of parchment lie by the chairs, and flutter slightly in the gentle breeze.
The windows of the cottage itself are dark and grimy, and the only door bears an unusually heavy iron lock. A yellowing piece of paper is affixed; the faded ink reads "Visitation Only By Express Permission of His Royal Majesty, King Philip of Castille", and is signed by some sergeant at arms of the Royal Estate.
Urgency has no meaning here. Everything that happens, happens.
This appears to be the home of Duke Baulino.
