This mysterious individual calls himself the Patchwork Knight and claims the God Yarrow as his patron.

Components

The Patchwork Knight is made from a variety of materials taken from within the Patchwork, but primarily from the city of Peerblind. Metal has been used where possible, for durability, but both alloyed with other metals and interwoven with organic fibers in most cases since much of the metal of Peerblind is iron, which oxidises readily. The Knight is a little stronger than a typical man and faster when necessary. He does not tire as most men do. The Knight is vulnerable to injury, but for the most part can recover better than might be expected. Fortunately, his armour offers considerable protection from most categories of threat. The knight's shield is more durable than the armour, since the armour would have been unacceptably heavy if made entirely from such materials. His cloak is highly water resistant and also somewhat resistant to flames. His boots are similarly water resistant and the soles offer good traction on even the smoothest surface. The Knight speaks all five of the primary languages of the Illuminated Empire. There are various more esoteric features, not easily explained. The Knight is highly self-sufficient and able to deal with most eventualities. He does not himself have capacity for alchemical or sorcerous feats.
