Meirian

Meirian has extremely large blue eyes, and bright blue hair (natural colour) which spikes out in all directions from the top of her head, although she usually tries (unsuccessfully) to tame it into pigtails. Habitually, she wears a variant on the Academy uniform, involving a shapely white blouse, a black tie, and (tight) black leather trousers, along with blue suede shoes.

A young scholar from the Academy. She's not been seen since the Hosefaces invaded the Academy.
